Essential Components Required
The ODROID-H3 will NOT boot without these:
- RAM: 1-2x DDR4 SO-DIMM modules (system requirement)
- Storage: M.2 NVMe SSD or eMMC module (for operating system)
- Power Supply: 15V/4A or 19V/7A DC adapter
Optional But Recommended:
- ODROID-H3 Case (various types available)
- Active Cooling Fan (92mm, 12V PWM)
- SATA cables and drives (if using SATA storage)

Important Warnings
CRITICAL: No Hotplug Support
NEVER plug or unplug storage devices while the system is powered on!
Hotplugging SATA, eMMC, or NVMe devices will cause SERIOUS DAMAGE to both the board and your storage devices. Always power off completely before connecting or disconnecting any storage.
Additional Notes:
- RAM: Only DDR4 SO-DIMM supported (DDR3/DDR5 NOT compatible)
- M.2 SSD: Only PCIe NVMe supported (M.2 SATA NOT compatible)
- SATA: Port multipliers NOT supported
